1. AI Generation Credits
AI generation credits are consumed when scenes are submitted to Google Flow. Once a generation has started, credits used for that generation are non-refundable.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with your subscription within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full or partial refund. Contact us with your order details.
3. Failed Generations
If Google Flow fails to generate a scene due to platform issues (and not user error), we will work to restore any affected credits where possible.
4. User Error
Generations that fail due to incorrect settings, invalid prompt books, or user-side configuration issues are not eligible for refunds.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email contact.mgtechhub@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We typically respond within 48 hours.
